Campaign Manager

Your main tasks include:

  • Planning, managing and controlling tele- and direct marketing campaigns and marketing projects with a focus on digital and mobile communication.
  • Devising innovative campaign approaches and target group-oriented customer journeys that appeal to and inspire existing customers
  • Creating decision templates, management presentations and performance evaluations
  • Evaluating campaign KPIs such as open rates, click rates, bounces, link tracking, legally compliant double opt-in procedures, whitelist certification
  • Acting as the interface between different departments as well as internal and external service providers
  • Working on the further development of campaign management with an innovative approach

What you offer:

  • Sound education in business administration, industrial engineering or economics, ideally with a focus on marketing and preferably with a completed degree
  • Previous knowledge / experience in the telecommunications market or direct marketing is preferable
  • Able to work on your own with structured work processes, personal responsibility and quick perception and thinking while being passionate about new technologies and reliable
  • Good communication and rhetorical skills to address and convince different interest groups in a targeted manner
  • Confident handling of MS Office
  • Strong team player with good integration skills in environments with different interests
  • You take a solution-oriented approach with a holistic view of goal-oriented customer journeys, appealing user interfaces and good results for our customers
  • You have good to very good command of the English language so that you can also communicate with our international customers, partners and suppliers.

Campaign Developer

Your main tasks include:

  • Developing campaigns using the campaign management system with the help of the data warehouse with the objective of selecting, processing and providing campaign-specific participant data as a basis for decision-making in campaign management
  • Coordinating, monitoring and controlling ongoing campaigns
  • Proceeding with analysis and quality assurance of data delivery
  • Analyzing declarations of consent in terms of the impact that campaigns have on customer behavior to ensure goal achievement
  • Preparing and presenting analysis results
  • Working on continuous further campaign development with the campaign manager responsible

What you offer:

  • University degree or comparable training with a technical / marketing-specific focus
  • Ability to solve complex problems in analysis with subsequent presentation tailored to the target group
  • Database analysis, campaign development
  • Experience with SQL, SPSS and SAS, Teradata
  • Experience with Unica Affinium is preferable
  • Several years of experience in IT / marketing, preferably in CRM analysis, profiling and segmentation
  • Previous knowledge / experience in the telecommunications market or direct marketing is preferable
  • Analytical, independent and goal-oriented thinking and acting
  • Ability to communicate and work in a team, flexibility and resilience, strong initiative
  • Good command of the English language

Data analyst

Your main tasks include:

  • Identifying and analyzing trends and patterns in complex data sets, interpreting the results using visualization techniques and deriving suitable measures for existing customer communication
  • Clarifying technical aspects of analytical questions in the CRM environment (e.g. next best offer) with methodical planning of customer and business analyses
  • Proceeding with data exploration and execution of basic analyses
  • Creating, evaluating and optimizing models using statistical and explorative methods
  • Interpretating and preparing analysis results and developing recommendations for action
  • Presenting analysis results to clients
  • Designing and implementing data science solutions for our customers in the CRM environment
  • Cooperating in an interdisciplinary team with campaign managers, campaign developers, sales and business development

What you offer:

  • University degree or doctorate in a subject such as computer science, statistics, mathematics or a comparable standard of education and training
  • Extensive practical experience with machine learning / AI and statistics, tools for data analysis and data visualization, query languages and (big data) databases and/or scripting and programming.
  • Experience with data analysis tools for interactive data visualization (e.g., Tableau, Qlik or Power Bi)
  • Knowledge of mathematics and statistical methods and tools is required (e.g., SPSS, R, Matlab). Experience in data mining, predictive analytics and machine learning is preferable
  • Initial experience with software / programming in the field of statistics (e.g. R, Phyton, SAS etc.)
  • Basic knowledge of data science / machine learning platforms (e.g. Knime, RapidMiner, SAS, IBM/SPSS etc.)
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
  • Structured and methodical way of working
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills as well as the ability to work on your own
  • Very good understanding of numbers and highly analytical and conceptual thinking skills
  • Ability to analyze, structure and present complex issues in a clear way
